Tiger Trax has been an added bonus to my current training which has helped me become the AFC champion and the number one ranked 'mixed martial arts' light heavy weight fighter in Canada. Brad and Tracy helped with innovative training programs that have taken me to the UFC. I recommend them to anyone wanting to take their game to a higher level. I have also used Tracy's guided imagery sessions which every athlete should try.

   

Tigertrax training was a great addition to my more tradition weight lifting and strength training program. It provided me with an opportunity to work on movement training, footwork, and foot speed which are essential in hockey. Perhaps the best part of Tigertrax training was that Brad and Tracy understood my goals and pushed me to go beyond my limits in a positive environment. They make training fun!

   

I have been training with Tiger Trax for 8 months, following the birth of my second child I was anxious to get back into shape. I was unhappy, and felt like the frumpy fat “mom”, I had gained a whopping 60lbs from pregnancy. Since beginning to work out with Brad and Tracy I have dropped over 20 inches and almost 40 lbs….in only 8 months! The results that I have achieved are largely due to Brad and Tracy’s diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs, dedication and encouragement. The home gym is a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. I have trained with other trainers and the difference with Tiger Trax is that Brad and Tracy really care about their clients and want them to succeed.

I am reaching goals I never thought possible, and with their constant encouragement and belief in me, I am doing my first competition in October. I am so thankful that I was introduced to them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their heath and be the best they can be!

   

Brad and Tracy provided a program that increased the power in my skating and allowed me to work on what I DO BEST.Another injury free season and I was stronger, and faster than ever. This past summer I incorporated guided imagery sessions and they have proved to be invaluable. They will be a part of my off season training for years to come as they listened to what I had to say and worked out a program best suited to me.

   

Brad and Tracy helped me with my off ice strength and conditioning program that had me confident and in shape as I attended the Edmonton Oilers camp. Their unique training techniques made my sessions fun and their ever changing workouts kept me interested and guessing. The guided imagery sessions were a great way to keep me mentally strong and helped immensely. I would recommend them to any serious athletes!
